Generosity Water and the importance of alkaline foods
You might have heard or done some research about the alkaline diet. To name only a few benefits, high alkalinity can improve your daily health, maximize your performance output and increase energy & fitness levels. Your body works best at a pH of 6%. Anything below this level means you have too much acid in your body and might cause sickness. Anything above 6% is good. The higher the better.
Alkaline mineral water can increase hydration levels by 17%. Drinking alkaline water is a perfect way to easily neutralize the pH levels in your body and provide optimal hydration. That is one of the reasons I want to tell you about Generosity Water. They produce high-quality alkaline water with a pH balance of 10. Normal drinking water generally has a neutral pH of 7.
But, Generosity is so much more than just a water company. They care about communities and believe that people matter. They are involved and have projects all around the globe. Africa, South America, and Haiti to name a few.
By simply buying Generosity water you can contribute to the creation of boreholes. For every product purchased, they keep clean water flowing in developing countries, and communities struggling with the freshwater crisis.
Companies can partner with Generosity Water as their corporate social responsibility where you will be joining the mission to end the water crisis in South Africa. So it does not only benefit you but the health of thousands of people struggling with fresh water.

Risks of high acid levels
Too much acid in your body can cause so many complications. This is called Acidosis. Some common symptoms of respiratory acidosis include fatigue or drowsiness, shortness of breath, confusion, sleepiness, and headaches. Then there is Metabolic acidosis. Lack of appetite, increased heart rate, also tiredness and fatigue, and shallow breathing. A high pH can also cause acid reflux. This will cause an uncomfortable burning feeling in your chest, which can radiate up toward your neck. In some cases, it can cause difficulty swallowing and lead to breathing problems, like chronic cough or asthma. High acid levels will also cause weight problems such as diabetes and obesity.
