The juice consumption flushes out toxins from the body. It is also beneficial in boosting appetite and keeping a check on weight gain. Aloe vera juice may have additional digestive benefits, such as reducing the incidence of stomach ulcers, according to research from 2014. It is a very powerful laxative and can cause stomach cramps.
